An appointment has to made because the client can not manage the complicated changes without
help. It needs some tests of the customers (net) computer system and an investigation. Therefore a solution
needs at least one more appointment.
Level 9: A smaller project with further appointments.
Level 10: A bigger project for a longer period - with as many appointments as necessary.

Prices in gross: Deluxe-Bonus-Card required
Minimum per call: 15 minutes (all included: 10 minutes of analyzing or focussing on relevant
error messages) for EUR 15,- Extra minutes 1,00 EUR.
After 8 p.m. there´s an extra fee of 100%, so 15 minutes cost EUR 30,- and
for every extra minute 2,00 EUR are taken from the bonus card [see conditions please !].
The Deluxe-Bonus-Card guarantees you max. 240 min. support by telephone for 240,- EUR - until 8 p.m.
For arrival prices see conditions ! Consultation fee from EUR 80,- per hour
[8 p.m. to 11 p.m. 50% extra, afterwards 100% extra] !
