Level 7 and higher: Consultation - only - together with an appointment at the customer's office !

Level 7: Solutions on the phone which take more time and mail communication. The customer will be instructed. It needs some tests of the customers (net) computer system.

Level 8: Solutions on the phone which take more time and mail communication.
An appointment has to made because the client can not manage the complicated changes without help. It needs some tests of the customers (net) computer system and an investigation. Therefore a solution needs at least one more appointment.

Level 9: A smaller project with further appointments.

Level 10: A bigger project for a longer period - with as many appointments as necessary.

Prices in gross: Deluxe-Bonus-Card required

Minimum per call: 15 minutes (all included: 10 minutes of analyzing or focussing on relevant error messages) for EUR 15,-
Extra minutes 1,00 EUR.


After 8 p.m. there´s an extra fee of 100%, so 15 minutes cost EUR 30,- and for every extra minute 2,00 EUR are taken from the bonus card [see conditions please !].

The Deluxe-Bonus-Card guarantees you max. 240 min. support by telephone for 240,- EUR - until 8 p.m. For arrival prices see conditions !
Consultation fee from EUR 80,- per hour
[8 p.m. to 11 p.m. 50% extra, afterwards
100% extra] !
